Reassembly [08/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL END (w/ Headup Display) 
    1. Engage the 2 guides and 5 claws to install the instrument cluster finish panel end.

  2. INSTALL NO. 5 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD RETAINER 
    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Install the No. 5 instrument panel safety pad retainer with the screw <C>.
  3. INSTALL NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Engage the 3 guides and 3 claws to install the No. 2 defroster nozzle garnish.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Engage the 3 guides and 3 claws to install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN 
    1. Install the 2 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 2 screws <C>.

  6. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Engage the 3 clamps to install the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

  7. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  8. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 2 screws <C>.

  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  11. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <C>.

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 4 screws <C>.

  13. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
    2. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 4 screws <C>.

  14. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the 2 screws <C>.
