Removal [10/2018 - 07/2022]: Procedure

REMOVE REAR WHEEL
Refer to REMOVAL [10/2018 - ]
REMOVE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Height Control Sensor)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
REMOVE REAR TRACTION MOTOR WITH TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)
Refer to REMOVAL [10/2018 - 10/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [10/2020 - 07/2022]

REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

Remove the nut, No. 2 camber adjust cam, rear suspension toe adjust cam sub-assembly and rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly LH.

NOTE:

Hold the rear suspension toe adjust cam sub-assembly while rotating the nut.

REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)
HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

See step 4
REMOVE REAR COIL SPRING RH (for RH Side)
HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

REMOVE REAR LOWER COIL SPRING INSULATOR RH (for RH Side)
HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

See step 7
REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)
HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH

Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly LH from the rear axle carrier sub-assembly LH and rear suspension member sub-assembly.

NOTE:

Because the nut has its own stopper, do not turn the nut. Loosen the bolt with the nut secured.
