DTC P0630-51: VIN Not Programmed [10/2018 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK ANY OTHER DTCS OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P063051)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.
- Read the DTCs.
Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes
NOTE:If P063051 is output, the VIN must be written to the ECM using the Techstream. However, all DTCs are cleared automatically by the Techstream when the VIN is written. If DTCs other than P063051 are output, troubleshoot them first.
