Installation [10/2018 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL MASS AIR FLOW METER
HINT:
Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the mass air flow meter.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2018 - 08/2021] Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2021 - ]
- Install the mass air flow meter to the air cleaner cap sub-assembly with the 2 screws.NOTE:
- If the mass air flow meter has been struck or dropped, replace it.
- If reusing the mass air flow meter, be sure to inspect the O-ring.
- Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or moved out of place when installing the mass air flow meter.
- Connect the mass air flow meter connector.
- Install the mass air flow meter to the air cleaner cap sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION
- Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the mass air flow meter.
