- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HYBRID CONTROL)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.
- Check for DTCs.
Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Trouble Codes

Result Proceed to "P0AFC00 or P0AFC96" is not output. A "P0AFC00 or P0AFC96" is also output. B - Turn the power switch off.

- CHECK DUCT AND BLOWER WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.NOTE:
After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless instructed by the appropriate service information because this may cause a malfunction.
- Remove the bench type rear seat cushion assembly.
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
- Check that the No. 1 HV battery intake filter, battery cooling blower assembly, No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct and No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct LH are not disconnected, damaged, or clogged with foreign matter.
*1 No. 1 HV Battery Intake Filter *2 Battery Cooling Blower Assembly *3 No. 1 Hybrid Battery Intake duct *4 No. 1 Hybrid Battery Intake Duct LH OK
The No. 1 HV battery intake filter, No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct, No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct LH and battery cooling blower assembly blower are not disconnected, damaged, or clogged with foreign matter.
- Install the bench type rear seat cushion assembly.
