Installation [10/2018 - 10/2019]: Procedure

1. Install the O-ring to the radiator drain cock plug.
   NOTE:

   Replace the O-ring if it is damaged.

2. Install the radiator drain cock plug.

1. Install the 2 lower radiator supports to the radiator assembly.

1. Install the 2 radiators support cushions to the radiator assembly.

1. Engage the 2 guides.
2. Engage the 2 claws to install the fan shroud assembly to the radiator assembly.
   NOTE:

   Do not damage the radiator assembly when installing the fan shroud assembly.

3. Install the radiator assembly together with the fan shroud assembly to the vehicle.

   Install in this Direction

1. Engage the clamp.
2. Connect the No. 2 radiator hose to the radiator assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

1. Engage the clamp.
2. Connect the No. 1 radiator hose to the radiator assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

1. Connect the No. 3 water by-pass hose to the radiator assembly and slide the clip to secure it.
2. Engage the 5 clamps to the fan shroud.

1. Connect the No. 1 water by-pass hose to the radiator assembly and slide the clip to secure it.

1. Engage the guide and claw to install the No. 1 radiator air guide LH to the radiator assembly.

1. Engage the guide and claw to install the No. 1 radiator air guide RH to the radiator assembly.

1. Engage the 3 guides and 2 claws to install the No. 2 radiator air guide to the radiator assembly.

1. Install the upper radiator support sub-assembly together with hood lock support sub-assembly to the vehicle with the 5 bolts.

   Torque: 12.5 N.m (127 kgf/cm, 9 ft.lbf) 

2. Connect the wire harness connector to the cooling fan motor and lock with the lever.

3. Engage the 6 clamps to connect the wire harness to the fan shroud.

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

1. Install the front bumper upper retainer to the vehicle with the 4 bolts.

   Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

2. Engage the clamp to connect the hood control cable assembly to the front bumper upper retainer.

1. Install the No. 1 air cleaner inlet to the upper radiator support sub-assembly and air cleaner case sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

   Torque: 4.0 N.m (41 kgf/cm, 35 in.lbf) 

1. Install the No. 1 radiator to support seal with the grommet and 2 clips.
