Installation [10/2014 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY
- Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the oil pressure switching valve assembly.
*1 O-Ring - Install the oil pressure switching valve assembly to the water inlet housing with the bolt.
Torque: 8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)
NOTE:- When reusing the oil pressure switching valve assembly, inspect the O-ring.
- Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the oil pressure switching valve assembly.
- Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the oil pressure switching valve assembly.
- INSTALL NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS PIPE

- INSTALL TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY

- INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
