Removal [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [10/2015 - 09/2017], or Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [09/2017 - ]

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [10/2015 - 09/2017], or Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [09/2017 - ]

  3. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [10/2015 - 09/2017], or Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [09/2017 - ]

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30 [10/2015 - 09/2017], or Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30 [09/2017 - ]

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

      *A w/o Mark Levinson Speaker System *B w/ Mark Levinson Speaker System
    2. Disconnect the connector to remove the front No. 2 speaker assembly.
      NOTE:

      Do not touch the cone of the speaker.

      HINT: 

      • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
      • The procedure listed above is for the LH side.
  6. REMOVE NO. 1 SPEAKER OPENING COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32 [10/2015 - 09/2017], or Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32 [09/2017 - ]

  7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disconnect the connector to remove the front No. 3 speaker assembly.
      NOTE:

      Do not touch the cone of the speaker.
