Removal [06/2018 - 08/2021]: Procedure

PRECAUTION
NOTE:
After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.
DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY
Refer to REMOVAL [06/2018 - 08/2021]
REMOVE NO. 2 WATER BY-PASS PIPE

DISCONNECT FUEL TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

REMOVE NO. 1 FUEL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

REMOVE FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY

REMOVE NO. 2 FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR

Disconnect the No. 2 fuel pressure sensor connector.

Using an 8 mm socket wrench, remove the bolt, No. 2 fuel pressure sensor and No. 2 fuel pressure sensor holder from the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly.

Remove the O-ring from the No. 2 fuel pressure sensor.
