Removal [08/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for Active Control Engine Mount System) 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2020 - ] 

  2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [09/2022 - ]

  3. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [09/2022 - ]

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [09/2022 - ]

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [09/2022 - ]

  6. REMOVE SUSPENSION TOWER DAMPER (w/ Performance Damper) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  7. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR 
    1. Disengage the 4 clamps to separate the radiator hose, vacuum hoses and No. 2 engine wire from the No. 1 radiator bracket.

    2. Remove the bolt and No. 1 radiator bracket from the front engine mounting bracket.

    3. Disengage the 2 clamps to separate the vacuum hoses from the front engine mounting insulator.

    4. Remove the vacuum hose from the front engine mounting insulator.

    5. Support the engine assembly with transaxle using a jack and wooden block.

    6. Remove the 4 bolts and front engine mounting bracket.

    7. Remove the 3 nuts and front engine mounting insulator from the front frame assembly.

    8. Remove the nut and stay from the front engine mounting insulator.
