Removal [08/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ]

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  3. REMOVE WATER BY-PASS PIPE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  4. REMOVE OIL PRESSURE SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the bolt and oil pressure switching valve assembly from the water inlet housing.
