Instrument Panel Safety Pad: Reassembly: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 METER HOOD RETAINER 
    1. Install the No. 2 meter hood retainer with the 2 screws <F>.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 METER HOOD RETAINER 
    1. Install the No. 1 meter hood retainer with the 2 screws <F>.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN 
    1. Install the 4 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 4 screws <F>.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SPACER 
    1. Install the instrument panel spacer.

  5. INSTALL ENGINE SWITCH 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the engine switch.

  6. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the automatic light control sensor.

  7. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Engage the 8 claws and 2 clips to install the defroster nozzle garnish.

  8. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 1
  9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Engage the 4 clamps.

    2. Connect the connector to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.
  10. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA (w/ Navigation System)  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 1
  11. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 20
  12. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the side defroster nozzle.

  13. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 screws <F>.

  14. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <F>.

  15. INSTALL SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct with the screw <F>.

  16. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Install the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct with the screw <F>.

  17. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <F>.

  18. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <F>.
