Clutch Release Cylinder: Installation

TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
1. Temporarily tighten the clutch release cylinder with the 2 bolts.

TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Temporarily tighten the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.

CONNECT CLUTCH LINE
1. Using SST, connect the clutch line.
  SST 09023-00101
  
  Torque: 15 N*m (153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
  
  HINT:
  
  Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).

FULLY TIGHTEN CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
1. Fully tighten the clutch release cylinder with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 12 N*m (120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)

FULLY TIGHTEN CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
1. Fully tighten the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 12 N*m (120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)
BLEED CLUTCH LINE
1. Fill the brake reservoir with the brake fluid and bleed the clutch system (See BLEEDING ).
  Torque: 11 N*m (110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
CHECK FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
1. Check for leakage in the clutch system.
INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
