Clutch Accumulator: Installation

- TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
- Temporarily tighten the clutch accumulator with the 2 bolts.
- CONNECT CLUTCH TUBE
- Using SST, connect the clutch tube.

Torque: When using SST
21 N*m (216 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf)
When not using SST
23 N*m (235 kgf*cm, 17 ft.*lbf)
HINT:
Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 345 mm (13.58 in.).
- Connect the clutch tube to the bracket with a new clip.
- Using SST, connect the clutch tube.

Torque: 15 N*m (153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
HINT:
Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).
- Using SST, connect the clutch tube.
- CONNECT CLUTCH LINE
- Using SST, connect the clutch line.
Torque: 15 N*m (153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf)
HINT:
Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).
- Temporarily tighten the clutch line with the bolt.
- Using SST, connect the clutch line.
- FULLY TIGHTEN CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
- Fully tighten the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 12 N*m (120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)
- Fully tighten the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.
- BLEED CLUTCH LINE
- Fill the brake reservoir with the brake fluid and bleed the clutch system (See BLEEDING
).
Torque: 11 N*m (112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
- Fill the brake reservoir with the brake fluid and bleed the clutch system (See BLEEDING
).
- CHECK FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
- Check for leakage in the clutch system.
- CHECK FOR BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
