Section 7 ((Door / Hatch)): Hood: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE HOOD AUXILIARY HOOK CATCH 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the hood auxiliary hook catch

  2. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 8 clips and the hood to radiator support seal

  3. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR 
    1. Using a clip remover, remove the 12 clips and hood insulator

  4. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  5. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 4 clamps and disconnect the washer hose assembly
