Headlight Cleaner Actuator: Removal

  1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  (See REMOVAL )
  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR  (See REMOVAL )
  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE  (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR COVER  )
  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the hose joint and the headlight cleaner hose
    2. Remove the bolt
    3. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly as shown in the illustration

      HINT

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side
