Front Seatback Heater: Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY 
  2. REMOVE FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER  (See REMOVAL  )
  3. REMOVE FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER  (See REMOVAL  )
  4. REMOVE REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER  (See REMOVAL  )
  5. REMOVE REAR INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER  (See REMOVAL  )
  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL  )
  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  9. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD ASSEMBLY  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  11. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  12. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  13. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  14. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK BOARD COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  15. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  16. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (w/o Climate Control Seat System)  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  17. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER (w/ Climate Control Seat System)  (See DISASSEMBLY  )
  18. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/o Climate Control Seat System) 
    1. Cut off the 8 tack pins that fasten the seatback heater, and then remove the front seatback heater assembly from the seat cushion cover

  19. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Climate Control Seat System) 
    1. Cut off the 7 tack pins that fasten the seatback heater, and then remove the front seatback heater assembly from the seat cushion cover
