Inspection Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on
4. Operate the MODE switch
5. Select the item below in the Data List, and read the display on the Techstream

C: REPLACE A/C AMPLIFIER  (See REMOVAL  )

A: Go to next step 

1. Replace the air outlet control servo motor (See DISASSEMBLY  )

   HINT

   Since the servo motor cannot be inspected while it is removed from the vehicle, replace the servo motor with a known good one and check that the condition returns to normal.

2. Check for the DTC

B: REPLACE AIR OUTLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR  (See DISASSEMBLY  )

A: Go to next step 

1. Replace the air conditioning harness (See DISASSEMBLY  ).

   HINT:

   Since the air conditioning harness cannot be inspected while it is removed from the vehicle, replace the air conditioning harness with a known good one and check that the condition returns to normal.

2. Check for the DTC.
