How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer to confirm the trouble (See HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING )
  3. INSPECT COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION SYSTEM (BEAN)* 
    1. Use the Techstream to check for normal function of the multiplex communication system (See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART )
