REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat): Reassembly

CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback spring, seat adjuster and seat cushion spring may injure your hands.

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS ).

INSTALL REAR ARMREST WIRE
1. Install the 4 wire harness clamps and connect the connector.

INSTALL REAR CURTAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the connector.
2. Install the curtain switch with the 2 screws.

3. Install the rear No. 2 seat center armrest box with the 8 screws.

INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the cup holder with the 2 screws.

INSTALL REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT CENTER ARMREST PANEL
1. Install the No. 1 center armrest panel to the No. 2 center armrest panel with the 3 screws.

2. Connect the 2 connectors.
3. Attach the 12 claws and install the No. 2 center armrest panel (with No. 1 panel).

4. Install the screw.
5. Install the armrest door lock seal.
6. Attach the claw and install the armrest door.

7. Install the rear seat armrest hole board with the 2 screws.

1. Install the center armrest with the 2 nuts.
  Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
2. Install the wire harness clamp.

1. Attach the 2 claws and install the cover.

1. Install the center headrest with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)

1. Install the seat cushion frame to the seat cushion pad.
2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.
  NOTE:
  - Be careful not to damage the cover.
  - When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.

INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH
1. Using hog ring pliers, install new hog rings and attach the hooks.
  NOTE:
  - Be careful not to damage the cover.
  - When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

2. Attach the hooks of seatback cover to the seatback spring.

3. w/ Climate Control Seat System:
  1. Connect the connector.

  2. Fix the wire harness in place with the clip.
4. Install the 2 seatback brackets with the nut.
  Torque: 5.6 N*m (57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf)
