REAR DOOR SPEAKER (for Standard Body): Installation

HINT:

• Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
• The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 19 Speakers) 
   1. Align the speaker to the door position pins A.

   2. Install the speaker with the 2 screws.
      NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
   3. Attach the clamp and connect the connector.
2. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 19 Speakers) 
   1. Temporarily install the speaker by attaching the claw of the speaker to the door panel.
   2. Install the speaker with the 3 screws.
      NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

      HINT:

      Install the screws in the order shown in the illustration.

   3. Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY 
   1. Install the speaker and attach the clip.

   2. Install the 2 screws.
      NOTE: Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
   3. Connect the connector.
4. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Door Sunshade)  (See INSTALLATION )
5. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
6. INSTALL REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
7. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH  (See INSTALLATION )
8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
9. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
10. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
       NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
