Installation (LS 430)

  1. Adjust length of brake booster push rod. See POWER BRAKE UNIT PUSH ROD  under ADJUSTMENTS.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten nuts and brake lines to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Fill brake reservoir with brake fluid and bleed brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
  4. Check system for leaks and adjust brake pedal. See BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT & FREE PLAY  under ADJUSTMENTS.
