Transfer Case Partial Draining And Filling - INGENIUM I6 3.0L Diesel (G2798206): Filling

Install and tighten a new transfer case drain plug.
Renew Part: Transfer case drain plug Quantity: 1 .

Torque : 25 Nm
Fill the transfer case with the correct specification of fluid, until the fluid is level with the bottom of the transfer case fill hole.
Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS
Install and tighten a new transfer case fill plug.
Renew Part: Transfer case fill plug Quantity: 1 .

Torque : 25 Nm
Clean any excess fluid from the transfer case level and fill plugs.
- Reposition the TCCM and the ground cable in the correct location.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 6 Nm
NOTE: If equipped.
- Install the NVH mass damper.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 48 Nm
