Oil Pan - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol - PHEV (G2748110): Installation

Use a suitable plastic scraper to clean the oil pan mating faces.
CAUTION: Make sure all mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Apply a continuous 3 mm bead of sealant to the oil pan mating faces as illustrated.

- Install the oil pan.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm

Install and tighten the 14 bolts in the illustrated sequence.

Torque : 10 Nm

Tighten the 16 bolts in the illustrated sequence.

Torque : 25 Nm

Install and tighten the 3 bolts.

Torque : 25 Nm
- Install the NVH material.
- Install the 4 fasteners.
- Install a new O-ring seal.
  Renew Part: Oil level gauge O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the oil level gauge.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 7 Nm
- Install the 2 clips.
Install the engine front cover.

Install the engine.
Refer to: INSTALLATION .
Fill the engine with the correct amount of engine oil.
Refer to: ENGINE OIL VACUUM DRAINING AND FILLING
CAUTION: Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) EVAP trained technicians only.

Power up the HV system. Only technicians qualified to EVAP level or higher are allowed to complete this step of the procedure.
