Viscous Cooling Fan

The viscous cooling fan is installed behind the radiator. The viscous cooling fan functions as a normal fan, but with electronic control over the level of engagement of the viscous clutch.
The nut attaches the viscous cooling fan to the crankshaft pulley.

NOTE:
The nut on the viscous cooling fan has a right-hand thread.
The viscous cooling fan has these wire connections:
- Power supply from the Engine Junction Box (EJB).
- Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal from the PCM.
- Ground.
