- Oil leak between the vacuum pump to cylinder head allowing oil to run down on to the turbocharger
- Oil leak from the oil feed plug base of the vacuum pump running down on to the turbocharger

- Clean all oil residue from the turbocharger assembly and check for leaks from the vacuum pump to cylinder head gasket or vacuum pump oil feed plug. GO to PINPOINT TEST A . Power Brake Actuation (Oil Leak from Brake Vacuum Pump) and follow the steps
