FLEXPLATE (G2131637): Installation

Using a suitable tool, clean out the threads.

CAUTION:
- Install all the bolts finger tight before final tightening.
- Make sure that all the component mating faces are clean.

Tighten the retaining bolts working diagonally, install new bolts.

Renew Part: Flexplate bolts Quantity: 1 .

Torque

Stage 1: 45 Nm

Stage 2: 90°
Remove the special tool.

Special Tool(s): 303-1123
Install the transmission.
Refer to: TRANSMISSION - TDV6 3.0L DIESEL
Connect the battery ground cable.
