Right Engine Mount (G1914833): Installation

The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles

NOTE: Install all the bolts finger tight only at this stage.
Install the engine mount.

CAUTION: Care must be taken when lowing the engine onto the mount.
Using a suitable hydraulic jack, lower the engine.
General Equipment: Trolley jack
- Fully tighten the 2 engine mount to subframe bolts.
Torque : 60 Nm
- Install the right engine mount upper retaining nut.
Torque : 60 Nm
The following step(s) applies to:
Right-hand drive vehicles

CAUTION:
- Make sure the threads are clean.
- Install a new bolt.
Install the steering column lower shaft.
Renew Part: Steering column lower shaft lower bolt Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 30 Nm
The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles
- Install the starter motor.
Refer to: STARTER MOTOR
- Install the exhaust system.
Refer to: EXHAUST SYSTEM
- Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
