Oil Cooler (G2130672): Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

    Refer to: LIFTING

  2. Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT

  3. Drain the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING

  4. Remove the supercharger.

    Refer to: SUPERCHARGER

    • Remove the water outlet pipe.
    • Discard the O-ring seals.

    • Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.
    • Release the wiring harness from the clips.
  7. CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping fluids.

    Remove the oil cooler bolts and discard the seals.

    Remove and discard the oil cooler gasket.
