FLEXPLATE (G1921202): Installation

    Using a suitable tool, clean out the threads.

    • NOTE: Hand tighten the retaining bolts working diagonally before final tightening.

      Install the flexplate.

    • Install the new flexplate bolts.

      Renew Part: Flexplate bolts Quantity: 10  .

      Torque 

      Stage 1: 45 Nm 

      Stage 2: 90° 

  3. Remove the special tool.
  4. Install the transmission.

    Refer to: TRANSMISSION - V6 S/C 3.0L PETROL

  5. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
