Electric Cooling Fan And Shroud (G2135448): Installation

- Install the cooling fan and motor shroud into the correct position. Make sure that the 4 retaining clips are correctly located.
- Secure the cooling fan and motor shroud in position with the 2 retaining bolts and tighten to the correct torque.
  Torque : 7 Nm
Install the charge air cooler coolant pump.
Refer to: COOLANT PUMP - CHARGE AIR COOLER
Install the thermostat.
Refer to: THERMOSTAT
- Install the coolant hoses and secure in position with the 2 retaining clips and 5 bolts.
  Torque : 7 Nm
- Connect the cooling fan and motor shroud electrical connector.
Install the charge air cooler.
Refer to: CHARGE AIR COOLER
Install the upper coolant hose for the right side of the radiator assembly.
Install the radiator support bracket and tighten the 4 bolts to the correct torque.
Torque : 9 Nm
Install the cooling fan and motor shroud upper finisher cover.
Install the front bumper upper finisher panel and tighten the 8 retaining bolts.
Install the air intake duct.
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
