Fuel Supply Line (G2131302): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the fuel lines.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

  2. Reposition the brake pad wear indicator sensor wiring harness.
  3. Install the fuel line retaining clips.
  4. Connect the fuel lines.
    • Install the fuel return line.
    • Secure the wiring harness in the retaining clip.
  6. Install the brace bar.

    Torque  : 55 Nm 

  7. Install the front fuse box.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

  8. Install the cowl panel.

    Refer to: COWL PANEL

  9. Install the front left fender splash shield.

    Refer to: FENDER SPLASH SHIELD

  10. Lower the vehicle.

    Refer to: LIFTING

  11. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT

  12. Bleed the fuel system.

    Refer to: LOW-PRESSURE FUEL SYSTEM BLEEDING

  13. Install the engine cover.

    Refer to: ENGINE COVER - INGENIUM I4 2.0L DIESEL
