Selective Catalyst Reduction Catalytic Converter (G2019371): Installation

Install the NVH damper.
Torque : 22 Nm
- Use the special tool to install the post SCR NOx sensor.
  Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1666
  
  Torque : 60 Nm
- Install the particulate matter sensor.
  Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1646
  
  Torque : 48 Nm
- Install the SCR catalytic converter.
- Install the exhaust mounting rubber.
- Tighten the exhaust clamp.
  Torque : 55 Nm
Install the rear exhaust section.
Torque : 55 Nm
- Install the post SCR NOx sensor module bracket.
- Install and tighten the 3 nuts.
  Torque : 7 Nm
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Install the wiring harness to the 3 clips.
- Connect the active exhaust actuator electrical connector.
- Install the wiring harness to the 2 clips.
CAUTION: Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.
- Install a new DEF injector clamp.
  Renew Part: Diesel exhaust fluid injector clamp kit Quantity: 1 .
- Install the DEF injector.
- Tighten the DEF injector clamp bolt.
  Torque : 5 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the protective sleeve.
- Install the cross member.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 25 Nm
Install the right air deflector.
Torque : 7 Nm
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
