Glow Plugs (G2131635): Installation

CAUTION:
- Take extra care not to damage the component.
- If accidentally dropped or knocked install a new glow plug.
- Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.

- Install the glow plugs.
  Torque : 10 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure the wiring harness and electrical connectors are not damaged during this operation.

Connect the glow plug wiring harness.

- Install the glow plugs.
  Torque : 10 Nm

Connect the glow plug wiring harness.

Connect the cylinder head temperature sensor electrical connector.

- Remove the fuel pump bracket.
- Install the bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Connect the fuel line.

- Install the bolt.
  Torque : 9 Nm
- Connect the wiring harness clip.
Install the intake air shutoff throttle.

Install the crankcase vent oil separator.
Refer to: CRANKCASE VENT OIL SEPARATOR
Install the engine oil filter element.
Refer to: OIL FILTER ELEMENT
Reconnect the battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
