Right Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION Valve (G2132697): Installation

- NOTE: Install a new gasket.
Install the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve inlet tube
Renew Part: EGR inlet pipe to EGR valve gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the EGR valve.
Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the front coolant hose.
- NOTE: Install a new gasket.
Connect the EGR valve inlet tube.
Renew Part: EGR pipe to exhaust manifold gasket Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the heat shield.
Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the actuator vacuum tube and electrical connector.
- Connect the vacuum tube.
Torque : 10 Nm
- NOTE:
- Install a new tube clamp.
- Install a new the gasket.
Install the EGR valve outlet tube.
Renew Part: EGR valve outlet tube clamp Quantity: 1 .
Renew Part: Exhaust gas recirculation pipe to exhaust gas recirculation valve gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Connect the upper coolant hose.
- Connect the coolant hoses.
- Connect the engine wiring harness.
Torque : 3.6 Nm
- Install the right secondary bulkhead panel.
- Install the right air cleaner.
Refer to: RIGHT AIR CLEANER
- Install the air deflector.
Refer to the appropriate repair information
- Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
- Fill the cooling system.
