Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor (G1818489): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. CAUTION: Make sure the threads are clean and free from fuel.
    NOTE: During lubrication, keep the component vertical as shown.

    • Lubricate with Molykote W15 as shown.
    • Install the fuel rail pressure sensor.

      Torque  : 35 Nm 

  2. Connect the fuel rail pressure sensor.
  3. Install the Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) material.
  4. Install the cowl panel.

    Refer to: COWL PANEL

  5. Install the engine cover.

    Refer to: ENGINE COVER - V6 S/C 3.0L PETROL

  6. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
