Electric Cooling Fan And Shroud (G2134845): Installation

- Install the cooling fan and motor shroud into the correct position. Make sure that the 4 retaining clips are correctly located.
- Secure the cooling fan and motor shroud in position with the 2 retaining bolts and tighten to the correct torque.
  Torque : 7 Nm
Install the 2 lower coolant hoses onto the bottom of the radiator assembly.
Install the 5 coolant hoses onto the cooling fan and motor shroud assembly and secure with the 7 retaining clips and 1 bolt.
Torque : 5 Nm
Connect the cooling fan electrical connector.
Install the upper coolant hose for the left side of the radiator.
Install the 2 upper coolant hoses for the right side of the radiator assembly.
Install the auxiliary coolant pump.

Install the radiator support bracket and tighten the 4 bolts to the correct torque.
Torque : 9 Nm
Install the cooling fan and motor shroud upper finisher cover.
Install the front bumper upper finisher panel and tighten the 8 retaining bolts.
- Install the air intake pipe.
- Install and secure the coolant return hose with the retaining clip.
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
