Cooling Module (G2135290): Installation

CAUTION: This step must be carried out with the assistance of another technician.

Install the coolant module.
CAUTION: Make sure that the cooling module is supported for this step.

Install the right cooling module bracket.

Torque : 9 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure that the cooling module is supported for this step.

Install the left cooling module bracket.

Torque : 9 Nm
Install new Air Conditioning (AC) O-ring seals. Connect the AC pipes.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to condenser O-ring seal Quantity: 2 .

Torque : 20 Nm
Connect the charge air cooler radiator upper hose.
Connect and secure the auxiliary coolant pump.
Torque : 9 Nm
Connect the auxiliary coolant pump electrical connector.

Connect and secure the coolant hoses.

Secure the coolant hoses.
Connect the electrical connectors.

Connect the upper coolant hose and pipe.
Install the radiator support brackets.
Torque : 9 Nm
Install the air duct and secure the coolant pipe.
Install the front bumper.

Vacuum fill the cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
Recharge the AC system.
Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
