Fuel Rail Supply Pipe (G1947510): Installation

- Install a new fuel rail supply pipe.
- Finger tighten the 2 fuel line unions.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 11.5 Nm
- Loosen the bolt.
  Torque : 90°

- Tighten the fuel pump union.
  Torque : 15 Nm
- Mark the installed position of the fuel pump union.
- Tighten the fuel pump union.
  Torque : 62.5°
- Tighten the fuel rail union.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Mark the installed position of the fuel rail union.
- Tighten the fuel rail union.
  Torque : 62.5°
- Tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 11.5 Nm

- Inspect the 2 fuel rail supply pipe unions.
- Make sure the 2 unions have been tightened by 62.5° after inital tightening.
- Reposition the fuel pipes into the correct location.
- Install the 4 clips.
- Install the heatshield.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque
  
  M6: 10 Nm
  
  M10: 45 Nm
Install the High Pressure (HP) Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.
Refer to: HIGH PRESSURE EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION VALVE
Bleed the high pressure fuel system.
Refer to: HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL SYSTEM BLEEDING
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
