Oil Cooler - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel - High Power (G1947470): Installation

CAUTION: Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.

Install the oil cooler assembly and tighten the bolts in the sequence illustrated. Make sure a new gasket is installed.

Renew Part: Oil cooler gasket Quantity: 1 .

Torque

Stage 1: 10 Nm

Stage 2: 25 Nm
Install the oil cooler assembly coolant hose.
Install the exhaust manifold.

Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
Fill and bleed the coolant system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
