Pinpoint Test F: AIRPATH Leakage Test

F1: AIRPATH LEAKAGE TEST
1. Check the high pressure components below for any sighs of leak due to damage or wear. If pipe work is de-laminated, make sure that damaged pipe is replaced and all other pipe work is free of debris.
2. Check the Charge Air Duct.
3. Check the Charge Air Intake from Turbocharger.
4. Check the Charge Air Outlet to Charge Air Cooler.
5. Check the Charge Air Intake from HP Turbocharger.
6. Check the Charge Air Intake from LP Turbocharger.
7. Check the Charge Air Intake from HP to LP Turbocharger.
8. Check the Charge Air Cooler.
9. Check the High Pressure Joint Cuffs and O-rings for proper installation.
10. Check the charge air cooler and coolant hoses for leaks.
11. Check the low pressure components below for any signs of leak due to damage or wear.
12. Check the Air Duct.
13. Check the Air Flow Filtering Housing.
14. Check the Air Duct with Convolute Section.
15. Check the Low Pressure Joint Cuffs for proper Installation.
  Was any leak detected within the airpath system?
  
  Yes: Rectify the airpath fault as required and clear DTC . Retest the vehicle, If the fault persists, continue to GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
  
  No: GO to PINPOINT TEST G .
