Post Selective Catalyst Reduction Soot Sensor (G2270474): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. CAUTION:
    • Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.
    • Make sure the anti-seize compound does not contact the post selective catalyst reduction soot sensor tip.
    • If accidentally dropped or knocked install a new post selective catalyst reduction soot sensor.

    Install the post selective catalyst reduction soot sensor.

    Torque  : 48 Nm 

  2. Install the post selective catalyst reduction soot sensor module.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Secure the wiring harness to the 2 clips.
    • Install the right side undershield.
    • Install the 8 screws.
    • Install the 5 bolts.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

    • Install the 3 nuts.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

    • Install the centre undershield.
    • Install the 4 bolts.
    • Install the 2 nuts.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

  6. Connect the startup battery ground cable.
