Exhaust Back-Pressure Sensor (G2278757): Installation

NOTE:
- This step is only required if a new Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor is being installed.
- A number of affected vehicles will require the Engine Harness Connector to be replaced due to the hardware super-session of the Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor.

1. Remove the 3 wires from connector C1E779A. (1)
2. Swap pin 1 with pin 3.
3. Install the wires into the new connector. (2)
  Renew Part: Exhaust gas pressure sensor connector Quantity: 1 .
- Install the exhaust back pressure sensor.
- Tighten the exhaust back pressure sensor nut.
  Torque : 35 Nm
- Install the bolt.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the exhaust back pressure sensor electrical connector.
- Install the clip.
Install the catalytic converter.

Connect the startup battery ground cable.
