Secondary Bulkhead Right Panel - TDV6 3.0L Diesel (G2020324): Removal

- Disconnect the startup battery ground cable.

- Remove the engine cover.

- Remove the cowl panel.
Refer to: COWL PANEL
- Drain the engine coolant.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
- Remove the 4 bolts.
- Remove the engine compartment brace.
- Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.
- Release the engine wiring harness from the bulkhead panel.
Release the engine wiring harness cover.
- Remove the 4 bolts.
- Release the 3 wiring harness clips.
- Remove the rear engine cover.
- Remove the 3 bolts.
- Release the pipe clip.
- Remove the bolt.
- Release the wiring harness clip.
- Remove the wiring harness bracket.
- Disconnect the brake booster vacuum pipe quick release connector.
- Release the vacuum pipe from the bulkhead panel.
- Disconnect the ground cable connector.
- Release the clip.
- Release the fuel filter and move aside.
- Disconnect the 4 coolant hoses.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the coolant pipe assembly.
- Remove the 5 bolts.
- Remove the secondary bulkhead right panel.
