Secondary Bulkhead Right Panel - TDV6 3.0L Diesel (G2020324): Installation

- Install the secondary bulkhead right panel.
- Install and tighten the 5 bolts.
  Torque : 5.4 Nm
- Install the coolant pipe assembly.
- Connect and secure the 4 coolant hoses.
- Install and tighten 2 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the wiring harness bracket.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the wiring harness clip to the bracket.
- Install the pipe clip onto the pipe.
- Install the fuel filter.
- Install the clip.
- Connect the ground cable connector.
- Install the brake vacuum pipe to the bulkhead panel.
- Connect the brake vacuum pipe connector.
- Install the engine wiring harness to the bulkhead panel.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
  Torque : 3.6 Nm
- Install the rear engine cover.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the 3 wiring harness clips.
- Install the engine wiring harness cover.
- Install the engine compartment brace.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 55 Nm
Install the cowl panel.

Install the engine cover.

Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
Fill the engine coolant system.
