Secondary Bulkhead Right Outer Panel - V8 S/C 5.0L Petrol (G2263569): Installation

    • Install the secondary bulkhead right outer panel.
    • Install and tighten the 3 bolts.

      Torque  : 6 Nm 

    • Position the brake booster vacuum pipe to the original position.
    • Connect the brake booster vacuum pipe.
    • Install the vacuum pipe grommet.
    • Install the retaining clip.
    • Position the engine wiring harness.
    • Install the wiring harness grommet.
    • Connect the 3 electrical connectors.

      Torque  : 8 Nm 

  4. Install the secondary bulkhead right inner panel.

    Refer to: SECONDARY BULKHEAD RIGHT INNER PANEL - V8 S/C 5.0L PETROL 

  5. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
