Secondary Bulkhead Left Panel - TDV6 3.0L Diesel (G2020319): Installation

- Install the secondary bulkhead left panel.
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 5.4 Nm
CAUTION: Install a new O-ring seal.
- Install the Air Conditioning (A/C) pipes.
  Renew Part: Thermostatic expansion valve O-ring seal(s) Quantity: 4 .
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Secure the A/C pipes.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 8 Nm
Charging the A/C System.
Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING
- Install the fuel filter bracket.
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 6 Nm
Install the fuel filter.
Refer to: FUEL FILTER
- Install the engine compartment brace.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 55 Nm
Install the secondary bulkhead right panel.

Connect the startup battery ground cable.
