Brake Vacuum Pump - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G2046495): Installation

NOTE: Only carry out this step if previously removed.
- Install the oil pick up pipe onto the vacuum pump assembly and make sure a new O-ring seal is fitted.
  Renew Part: Oil pick up pipe O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts securing the oil pick up pipe to the vacuum pump assembly.
  Torque : 12 Nm
- Install the vacuum pump assembly and make sure new vacuum pump O-ring seals are fitted.
  Renew Part: Brake vacuum pump O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts securing the vacuum pump to the engine assembly.
  Torque : 25 Nm
Install the oil pump solenoid wiring harness and secure in position with the 4 retaining clips.
Connect the oil pump solenoid electrical connector.
Install the oil pump chain.

Lower the vehicle.
Connect the battery ground cable.
