Instrument Panel Console (G2018927): Installation

• Install the ioniser.
• Install the hose.
• Tighten the 3 screws.

• Install the Passenger Airbag Module (PAB).
• Tighten the 8 nuts.

  Torque  : 5 Nm 

• Install the USB module.
• Tighten the 2 screws.

• Install the Head Up Display (HUD).
• Tighten the 4 screws.

  Torque  : 2.5 Nm 

• Install the heater duct.
• Tighten the 3 screws.

• With assistance, install the instrument panel assembly.
• Connect the electrical connectors to the Head Up Display (HUD).

• Install the instrument panel bolts.
• Tighten the screw.
• Tighten the 9 bolts.

  Torque  : 9 Nm 

• Install the instrument panel upper bolts.
• Position the 2 wiring harness clips.

• Connect the passenger airbag electrical connections.
• Connect the ioniser assembly electrical connection.

• Connect the USB module 2 electrical connectors.
• Connect the 5 wiring harness clips.

• Connect the bluetooth antennas 2 electrical connectors.
• Connect the wiring harness clip.

• Install the instrument panel center speaker.
• Connect the electrical connector.
• Tighten the 3 screws.

  Torque  : 2 Nm 

• Install the windshield defroster trim panel.
• Connect the electrical connector.

• Install the instrument cluster.
• Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
• Connect the wiring harness to the 4 clips.
• Tighten the 4 screws.

  Torque  : 2 Nm 

• Install the instrument cluster upper cover.
• Tighten the screw.
• Install the cap.

• Connect the electrical connector.
• Install the center face level vent.
• Tighten the 4 screws.

• Install the passenger side face level vent.
• Tighten the 3 screws.

• Install the in-vehicle temperature sensor.
• Tighten the 2 screws.
• Connect the electrical connector.
