Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	ATS connector	1 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
Ignition "ON".	PCM connector	6 (P-CAN high)	Chassis ground	-	Fig.1

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
